Oliver bring back Sara in Team Arrow. Oliver and Diggle see the old scars spot of Sara for Sara don’t want to talk about but at the end she told what happen and Felicity fell she was out of place when Sara enter the group. The team was investigating the new villain in starling city which named William Tockman also know “The Clock King” (guest start: Robert Knepper), who behind the incident of stealing the armed with the technology that actually he will use it to open any bank vault in Starling City (cool devices!).

After The Clock King infiltrates the computer systems in the lair, Felicity feels pressure to prove her worth. When she gets a lead on Tockman’s whereabouts, she heads out without the team, putting her in peril. For the meantime Oliver throw’s a welcome party to Sara, but laurel refuses to attend fro we know the reason she was angry to Sara for what she had done in six years hiding them. After Lance (Paul Blackthrone) makes his case for a family dinner, Laurel acquiesces, but when Oliver shows up with Sara, she loses her temper on both of them.
