If you still remember at the end of the Season two finale, Secrets, it was revealed that a picture that Ryan drew as a young child also contains Wilfred, hiding behind a tree, suggesting that Wilfred has been a part of Ryan's life for much longer than previously thought, though Wilfred claims not to know the meaning of the drawing either.

This week episode which the two episodes is entitled Suspicion/Sincerity, Ryan will have another problem that he was destruct to the sister's new love interest. In the preceding episode Ryan will get Wilfred to go in the dog training class in the hopes of winning an new girl that Ryan was eager to get that girl.
