As always Dexter as the famous serial killer that we see holding a chainsaw inside the shipping container. In guest whatr for I agree, that is the blood shedding at the floor which was creepy to see. How ominous is this image? Could it be that Dexter is the answer to this blind-item in need of a medical emergency?
